Submitting a File to Quite Healthy Technologies

Use this page to "upload" a file to the Quite Healthy support staff.  You should only use this page if your support representative requested you to do so.

Instructions:

1. Enter Your Full Name and E-mail Address into the fields provided.

2. Click the "Browse" button below and find the file that you wish to upload.
    
   Example: If you are submitting your Weight-By-Date Pro data file, then you will browse to the "C:\Program Files\Weight By Date Pro" folder and choose the "wbd.dat" file.

3. Click the "Upload Now" button below.

4. Wait for the file to be uploaded.  Although you may not be seeing anything, the upload is taking place.  You may notice a progress meter at the bottom of your web browser, but this depends on the type of browser that you are using.
    
   Note: In order for the upload to work, you will need to leave your web browser open on this page during the upload.  Once the upload is complete you will see a confirmation page.

5. When the upload is complete, a confirmation page will appear.  You are finished, and can close your web browser now.
